Principles of Operations
Principles of Operations helps students develop the understanding and skills to plan, manage, and improve an enterprise's operations. The course analyzes operations from a systemic point of view, in which any variation in one area will influence all other areas. Students develop their operational awareness, learn the process for planning operations for specific objectives and contexts, and explore real-life examples of the main operations models implemented in entrepreneurial ventures.
