Strategic Organizational Design
This course equips entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs with the skills to create and sustain effective organizational cultures that align with strategic goals. Students explore the life cycle of new ventures, from pre-seed to maturity, addressing challenges at each stage using UL's Being/Doing-2x2 framework. Through this course, students gain insights into balancing 'soft' elements like values and identity with 'hard' elements such as processes and hierarchies. By understanding and shaping culture, students learn to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive strategic execution.
