This course provides an overview of the management model developed by Ricardo Salinas to create a strong, dynamic and efficient corporate culture and provide employees with clarity to generate superior results. It helps us establish our purpose and direction, align efforts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. In this first part of the course, students learn and work with the first 3 elements of the model: strategy, structure and team.
