Negotiation And Conflict Resolution

This course develops advanced negotiation, influence, and conflict-resolution skills through experiential learning and real-world simulations. Students explore core frameworks such as BATNA, ZOPA, utility theory, and behavioral biases, then apply them in bilateral and multi-party negotiations involving ethical dilemmas, power dynamics, and stakeholder conflicts. Through cases, simulations, and reflection, students learn to create value, manage uncertainty, build coalitions, and negotiate effectively across organizational, political, and social contexts.
