The House of Feigenblatt held a joint session with the Andean Parliament to sign a cooperation agreement. The session was co-chaired by His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt and by His Excellency Dr. Eduardo Chiliquinga, Secretary General of the Andean Parliament.
