Leadership & High Performing Teams

This course helps students identify their unique skills and areas of opportunity as leaders and team members. They acquire practical skills to improve their performance, practice them, and refine them over the three-month duration of the course. Based on the premise that leadership and teamwork improve through constant repetition, this course will provide them with the opportunity to enhance their leadership and teamwork skills through hands-on, in-person practice.
