Managerial Accounting
This course is a practical exploration of how managers use financial information to make decisions and effectively manage resources in organizations and new ventures. In this course, the student compares project performance from different perspectives, identifies cost drivers, analyzes the profitability of products and customers, and manages project runways. Students conduct analyses of real companies, engage in financial modeling and budgeting, and compete in business simulators.
