Management Challenge

In this 12-session project, students tackle a real business challenge in their company, guided by an expert mentor. Through feedback, research, and iteration, they analyze root causes and design a solution aligned with company goals. The process builds analytical and strategic skills. The final deliverable is a practical proposal that shows the student’s ability to apply structured problem-solving in complex, real-world business settings.
