Managerial Challenge Risk Management (DS)

In this 12-session project, students identify, assess, and manage risks within their own company or venture. Through structured analysis and mentor guidance, they evaluate potential financial, operational, and strategic risks, and design mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives. The experience strengthens foresight, critical thinking, and decision-making under uncertainty, enabling students to build more resilient and sustainable business models.
