In this 80-hour Corporate Challenge, students collaborate with Pinche Gringo BBQ to design a structured onboarding program that strengthens team integration and supports long-term talent retention. By immersing themselves in the company’s culture and operations, students map the employee journey, identify key moments for engagement, and co-create onboarding tools through field research, interviews, and iterative design.
