Corporate Challenge Bayer (DS)

In this 80-hour Corporate Challenge, the student works in a team to create an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that validates business ideas efficiently. They identify key problems, define target users, and select essential features for the initial product version. Additionally, they design a business model considering value proposition, customer segments, channels, and revenue streams. Through a practical, iterative process, the student tests, gathers feedback, and refines both the product and model to meet market needs and ensure scalability for Bayer.
