In this 80-hour Corporate Challenge, the student was immersed in warehouse operations, managing inventory flows, monitoring stock conditions, and implementing control systems such as PEPS (FIFO). The student contributed to improving inventory accuracy, reducing losses due to spoilage, and optimizing storage and reception processes. Through operational execution and process standardization, the student enhanced efficiency and reliability within the supply chain.
