In this 80-hour Corporate Challenge, the student explores the intersection between employee wellbeing and organizational culture. Through interviews, field research, and data analysis, they identify key factors that influence motivation, mental health, and engagement. The student synthesizes findings to develop targeted wellbeing strategies and proposes initiatives that are both actionable and aligned with the company's values.
