In this 12-session project, students execute and advance their own business or venture, transforming ideas into concrete actions and measurable progress. Guided by a mentor, they prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and implement strategies that directly impact the development of their business. The experience emphasizes ownership, execution, and adaptability, where students move from planning to action in real business environments.
