Entrepreneurship Foundations

In this course, students review frameworks that help with developing the entrepreneurial enterprise: Effectuation and Lean Startup methods, Business Plans, and IP protection.They also learn frameworks to plan and manage startup finances. They learn where funds can come from, how these resources should be used, how to protect the startup from failure and how to assess its value. This course assumes a foundation of marketing knowledge and discusses technical, financial, and crossdisciplinary systems that companies need to build for an effective marketing approach.
