In this 80-hour Corporate Challenge, the student collaborates with Grupo Salinas’ Talent Attraction Center to optimize the talent preselection process. Working in a team, the student develops an innovative proposal to enhance the efficiency of candidate preselection using artificial intelligence (AI). The challenge involves analyzing current tools, identifying areas for improvement, and creating solutions that integrate AI to automate and improve the accuracy of candidate evaluations. The ultimate goal is to reduce time and costs while maintaining the quality of hiring decisions.
